How are fees agreed?

A monthly retainer or fixed assignment fee covers defined work and capacity. Deliverables, availability, payment timing and review or termination terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Transaction commissions or success fees require a written mandate defining the payer, amount or rate, earning event and retainer treatment. Product supply and specialist services have separate terms.

How are cloud implementation and support charged?

The initial assessment is a defined advisory assignment. Technical implementation, AWS consumption, migration, training and ongoing support are separately scoped and priced. Agree the responsible provider, account administration, budget, support arrangements and exit requirements before any commitment.

What if another agreement already covers the work?

Identify existing fee coverage before starting. Agree scope exclusions or a fee credit where appropriate, so the engagement is clear about what is being charged.

How much capacity is available?

We begin with one substantive assignment. A second depends on agreed priorities and available capacity. The work plan defines review workload, meetings, response arrangements and site visits. Specialist availability, scope and fees are confirmed before commitment.

How are commercial interests handled?

Relevant ownership interests, supplier commissions and referral payments are disclosed before an affected recommendation. An interested review is not represented as independent.

Who makes the decisions?

The Nation sets its priorities and approves commitments and provider appointments. Umbrella works within the agreed authority. Specialist firms remain responsible for their own work.

How do related companies participate?

Under separate contracts, fees and responsibilities. The assignment identifies the provider and relevant commercial interests.

How is confidential information shared?

Begin with a brief overview. Agree confidentiality terms, access and the purpose of sharing before providing sensitive records. System access and cloud credentials are arranged separately through an approved process. The Nation’s information is used according to the agreed requirements.
